DELIVERY INFORMATION

Purchases over €50, the cost of delivery in Ireland & UK is FREE. 
Purchases under €50, the cost of delivery in Ireland & UK will be €5.  
Purchases under €50 that are to be picked up at our retail shop at Aiden Street Kiltimagh Co Mayo Ireland will not incur the €5 delivery charge.

For all other countries, the following rates (excluding local tax's*) will apply up to 1.0kg: 

    

*Internal local country tax on imports to be paid by the purchaser.

For anyone living outside these countries wishing to place an order, please contact us and we will include a cost of delivery to your country.    

Your order will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by you at checkout.

Orders are processed and delivered on working days only - Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Orders received after 2pm on a working day will be dispatched on the following day.

Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery.

Delivery of your order within Ireland or the UK will be made either with An Post or Fastway Couriers and should reach you within 24 to 48 hours (UK 48 - 72 hours) from the date released from our warehouse (deliveries may be later due to bank and seasonal holidays). Where one or more items ordered are not in stock, on occasion there may be a delay in dispatching orders to allow re-stocking. In all cases, customers will be advised by email.

We do not accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

SPECIAL NOTES

1. If you request an alternative delivery method, the actual delivery date of your order may depend
   on the method chosen by you.
   
   
2. Orders will not be delivered if the shipping address contains a PO Box number.
   
   
3. Orders will not be delivered if the shipping address does not contain a telephone number.
   
   
4. Where an order that includes "free shipping" is returned to our warehouse due to a problem with the shipping information indicated by the purchaser, we will refund the monies paid to the purchaser - less the cost of carriage incurred by us.
