Returns Policy

​If you wish to return product(s) due to damage or defect, please email us at info@mack.ie or telephone +353 94 9382996 with your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return with a reason for your request. 

If you require a replacement for damaged or defective product(s), we will arrange delivery to you within a maximum of (30) days of receiving your notification (subject to stock) after you have returned the damaged or defective product(s) to us in their original condition (unopened or unused and in/with their original packaging). Returned product(s) must be received by us within 14 days from the date of notification.

The cost incurred by you for return of the damaged or defective product(s) will be refunded to you (subject to receipt of the original delivery receipt) For replacement product(s), you will not be charged the cost of delivery.

If you require a refund for damaged or defective product(s), we will arrange to refund the price paid by you for the product(s) within (30) days of receiving your notification after the damaged or defective product(s) have been returned to us in their original condition (unopened or unused and in/with their original packaging). Damaged or defective product(s) must be returned to our warehouse before any refund can be agreed.

Returned product(s) must be received by us within 14 days from the date of notification. The cost incurred by you for return of the damaged or defective product(s) will be refunded to you (subject to receipt of the original delivery receipt)

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for the cost of arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 30 days of our notification. Refund requests will only be processed against original credit/debit card details
