Cost of Shipping Republic of Ireland and UK
If your order value is €30 or more, then delivery is FREE to any destination within the Republic of Ireland. Order values of less than €30 will incur a fee of €6. If your order value is £49 or more, then delivery is FREE to any destination within the United Kingdom. Order values of less than £49 will incur a fee of £5.

 

Orders outside the UK and Ireland
​Orders to other E.U. countries will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We will be as fair as possible and most international orders can indeed be processed. However, if your package weighs more than 2kg we will need to get a shipping quote from our postage and/or courier partners. Where this is excessive, we will let you know before we accept any payment.

 

DPD & Fastway
​Our customers want the option to select a courier company which best suits their needs. We now use two courier companies for our deliveries, DPD and Fastway Couriers. DPD offers a one hour predicted delivery window to all customers as well as customer collection points on Saturdays. Please contact us directly on +353 (0)94 938 2996​ or info@mack.ie if you require courier shipping. Where we use a courier company - a signature will be required for proof of delivery.

 

Rest of the world
​Orders to no Eu countries will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We will be as fair as possible and most international orders can indeed be processed. Where this is excessive, we will let you know before we accept any payment.

 

Dispatch & Delivery
​We will dispatch your order within 1- 2 working days of receipt of your order, providing all items are in stock. Delivery times will normally be up to 3 days after dispatch for delivery to Republic of Ireland, up to 5 days after dispatch to the UK and up to 7 days after despatch for all other EU countries. (Deliveries within Ireland are mostly delivered next-day after dispatch). All the times above are estimated in working days.

 

In the unlikely event that the item that you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to pursue with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Orders must be placed before 2pm to avail of same day dispatch. We cannot however, guarantee same day dispatch for any order.

 

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.

 

Orders will not be delivered if the shipping address does not contain a telephone number.

 

We do not accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

 

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. (There are some delivery restrictions on where we can deliver and these will be given to you on request.)

 

Please not that we do not presently deliver to the Australia or New Zealand

 

We will deliver the goods following the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery time scales quoted to you are indicative only. Whilst we use only reputable delivery companies we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.​

 

Returns Policy

​If you wish to return product(s) due to damage or defect, please email us at info@mack.ie or telephone +353 94 9382996 with your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return with a reason for your request. 

If you require a replacement for damaged or defective product(s), we will arrange delivery to you within a maximum of (30) days of receiving your notification (subject to stock) after you have returned the damaged or defective product(s) to us in their original condition (unopened or unused and in/with their original packaging). Returned product(s) must be received by us within 14 days from the date of notification.

The cost incurred by you for return of the damaged or defective product(s) will be refunded to you (subject to receipt of the original delivery receipt) For replacement product(s), you will not be charged the cost of delivery.

If you require a refund for damaged or defective product(s), we will arrange to refund the price paid by you for the product(s) within (30) days of receiving your notification afterthe damaged or defective product(s) have been returned to us in their original condition (unopened or unused and in/with their original packaging). Damaged or defective product(s) must be returned to our warehouse before any refund can be agreed.

Returned product(s) must be received by us within 14 days from the date of notification. The cost incurred by you for return of the damaged or defective product(s) will be refunded to you (subject to receipt of the original delivery receipt)

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for the cost of arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 30 days of our notification. Refund requests will only be processed against original credit/debit card details
