Acceptance
mack.ie is owned and registered in Ireland and by placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of our terms and conditions. Orders can only be placed by people who are over 18 years of age.

Security
This site has a valid Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of Credit Card and personal information under our control.

Placing an Order Delivery
When you place an order you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. We would ask that you check the details are correct and if not please contact us immediately. Whilst we strive to have items in stock at all times, occasionally for reasons beyond our control, some items may be out of stock and we not be able to fulfil your order. Should your order contain items that are out of stock, we will contact you immediately at the email address supplied when you register as a customer to advise a date when the items will be dispatched.

Payments
Once you have completed shopping you will go to the secure PayPal checkout area where you will be asked for the Credit Card details required to process your order. Internet transactions are processed via our secure ordering facility with PayPal. All major Credit Cards are accepted.

All prices displayed include VAT at 23%.

Note: All payments must be with your own credit card and fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Delivery
When your order has been dispatched, we will email you with confirmation of the shipping date.

In accordance with Consumer Protection regulations relating to distance selling you may cancel your order up to 7 days from the day after you receive your goods. mack.ie will be happy to accept the return of un-opened saleable goods if so required. See our Returns Policy for full details

All goods are dispatched from our warehouse in Kiltimagh Co. Mayo Ireland. When your order has been dispatched, we will email you with confirmation of the shipping date. Orders delivered in Ireland will be with An Post.

All orders received before 2.00 pm will be dispatched the same day. All orders received after 2.00pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders received on weekends, bank holidays and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Friday before 2.00pm will not be delivered until after the weekend.

All products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the Products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged or we will issue you with a credit note to be used against any future purchases. mack.ie will not
be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products.

Delayed orders
For orders not received within 7 days, please contact our Customer Services department at customerservice@mack.ie. Please quote your order number in all correspondence with this department.

Contract
No sale contract will exist between you and mack.ie for any product or service until mack.ie confirms acceptance of your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you.

Claims
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Goods must only be retuned if they are unused, unopened and in their original condition. Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.

Price of Goods
mack.ie reserve the right to alter any product price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or where the price of any product on the website is listed incorrectly.

Specification
As many of the products listed on this website are of a technical nature, it may not be practical to publish detailed specifications and keep specifications completely up to date. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products.

Dispute
The terms of use shall be governed by and construed fully in accordance with the laws of Ireland. For any dispute, you and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ireland. If any provision(s) of the terms of use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

Data Collection
When we receive a completed request form from customers for information or products, we collect information such as - name, address, email address, telephone, username, password, account details. This information is used to process orders and send information to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used by us to contact him/her when necessary. Unique identifiers (such as user name and password) are collected from Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use in establishing and identifying account numbers in our record system. We confirm this information will not be passed to a third party.
